Fufan is a professional mold factory in China. We specialize in manufacturing of plastic injection molds, compression molds, die casting molds and insert molds, serving for Automotive, Medical and Electronic industry.

Combining western management with Chinese culture, all staff in Fufan focus on tooling quality and delivery time(on time delivery >98%). The molds will be strictly manufactured according to schedule. And weekly reports with clear photos will be offered to our customers, all the questions will be discussed and solutions will be suggested in time via email, phone and video meetings.

We provide one-stop service from mold design to finished parts. We also provide customers mold repair and maintenance service, by working with local tool makers.

The design software we utilizes are Pro Engineer, MasterCam, CAD, Solidworks, UG.  The file formats we accept and be able to provide are AUTOCAD/ DWG, IGS, UG, STEP, DXF, CATIA, PDF, PPT.

The molds we’ve made:  1. Max mold size: up to 1.5 meter.  2. Max mold weight: up to 10 tons.  3. Capacity: 25-30 sets per month. 4. Export percentage: 95%.
